Restock date for the Nistaa Barrier?

Our official restock date is 5/29/2023 at 10:00 am EST. We will relaunch our standard 7.50in x 7.75in medium barrier and we will launch our new 6.50in x 6.50in small barrier. We sincerely appreciate your patience! 

 

Price increase

Due to the rising cost of materials, parts and freight charges, we’ve had to increase the cost of our product.

Is the Nistaa Barrier manufactured in the USA?

Yes, the Nistaa Barrier is manufactured in the USA at a FDA registered facility. 

 

Is the Nistaa Barrier patented?

No. The Nistaa Barrier is patent pending.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our website. 


When will my order be shipped?

We process and fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed with the exception of the weekend. We typically do not fulfill orders on the weekend.You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery time can vary between 2-6 business days depending on your location. 

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. We ship worldwide via USPS. International customers will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties charged upon import. We know absolutely nothing about these fees, so if you have any questions about fees or duties, please contact your country’s customs department, or postal service.

What is your return policy?

You have 10 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the Nistaa package must be unopened and must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

What is your refund policy? 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting it.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Do I have to register to shop?
No, not at all. Registering gives you special privileges such as the ability to save your details to ensure faster check out next time round, as well as the ability to check on the status of your order and save your favorite products. If you do not want to register, you can complete the entire checkout process as a guest.

 Is your website secure?
 Yes! We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is only used to contact you about your order. All transactions are processed using industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption and your credit card information is never stored.
